Youth Strength & Conditioning
One-on-one training with a high performance coach provides the insight that takes you to the next level. Coaches gauge where you sit as an athlete through movement assessments and performance testing.
Our Youth Strength & Conditioning (S&C) program is designed to give young athletes the tools they need to succeed in their sporting career. With a multi-level curriculum, we start by teaching foundational movement patterns and progress toward the essential “workhorse” lifts that power an athlete’s development. Athletes will eventually master advanced Olympic weightlifting techniques, all while incorporating joint-protective “pre-habilitation” exercises to minimize injury risk.
Built on over 10 years of experience training elite athletes, this program is suited for all levels—whether your child is aiming to improve overall fitness or looking for that competitive edge as they strive toward top-division performance. This comprehensive training sets the groundwork for long-term athletic success and equips youth athletes with a fit-for-life mentality.
