“Come and Try” is an opportunity for first time visitors to try out a Recreate short course before you enrol.

KONGA is an easy to follow high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance, and sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. KONGA is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt, and redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload!  KONGA is run at Warwick Stadium, as a part of our Recreate short course program.

Requirements: • Exercise clothing • Water bottle • Proof of vaccination
