“Come and Try” is an opportunity for first time visitors to try out a Recreate short course before you enrol.

PILATES is a great mat class which is ideal for toning, strengthening & improving your core stability.  This class will also help with co-ordination, flexibility and will make you feel great.

Requirements: Exercise clothes, shoes and socks, towels, water-bottle & BYO mat.
