It is with a heavy heart that after 23+ years of full-time service to the CCSRA community, Scott Joy is departing to pursue other opportunities outside the association.

Scott Joy says, “I am excited about what the future holds for CCSRA.  It has been a privilege to journey alongside so many great staff & build such strong connections.  Although I am moving on from my involvement in a paid capacity, I look forward to continuing as an active part in our community.”

Scott Joy has faithfully served the Warwick Stadium (formerly Warwick Leisure Centre) community.  Having started as a kiosk worker, he has moved through the association & most recently as the Chief Operating Officer since 2019.

A few of the many highlights include helping transition the Warwick Senators (then Stirling Senators) into the regular operations, sitting on the project control group for the expansion at Warwick Stadium, to knowing the majority of names of the 12,000+ people in the community.

CEO, Josh Nipps says, “Scott’s posture as a ‘servant of the people’ will be greatly missed.  I want to thank Scott for his dedication to mission & to what CCSRA represents in the community.  Thank you for your service.”

To ensure a smooth transition, Scott will continue his day-to-day tasks to help assist the executive team moving forward.  This will happen until Scott’s final day of May 26th.

We look forward to cheering on Scott in the next season of his career.
