low impact
Toned & Strong
Strength class using body weight and light resistance specially designed for over 55’s.
Platinum circuit
A gym-based circuit workout for over 55s.
Pilates
A low-impact class that improves core strength, flexibility, and mobility.
intermediate
Konga
High energy workout combining elements of dance, boxing, and cardio.
Overtime
A flexible start time for people with full-on schedules. Your workout is laid out for you, just arrive within 30 minutes of the start and work to a 30/30 interval.
Double overtime
Takes things up a notch from Overtime. It’s still a 30-minute class, but with a 60/30 work rest ratio.
high intensity
Boxing
Refresh your routine with a high-intensity boxing class where you work with boxing bags and pads.
Cardioblast
A 30-minute high-intensity class combining resistance and body weight exercises so you can build both muscle strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Participants spend 60 seconds exercising and then have a 30-second rest period.
HIIT
An intense eight-station circuit-style class, providing a mix of cardio and strength training. HIIT uses equipment that isn’t usually available in group fitness classes, such as rowing machines, spin bikes, and free weights.
