At Courtside—like with any sport—it’s the team that makes the difference. A community of like-minded members and coaches to push you forward. And outside the gym, they’re keen to join you for a game as well.
Foundations
Youth Program - 11 to 17
- Term-based. (Holidays included!)
- Two afternoon sessions each day.
- 4:15-5:00pm, 5:00-5:45pm
- Structured strength and conditioning program for life-long health and performance.
*Term to be paid for prior to attending first session.
Personal Training
Courtside PT
Personal training with a qualified Exercise Scientist provides the insight that takes you to the next level. University-qualified coaches assess your individual movement patterns and strength performance, work with you to create goals unique to you and provide the motivation you need to achieve those goals.
Whether you are an elite athlete or looking to improve your mental and physical health and wellness, Courtside PT has what you need with a precise, personal touch.
