Youth Program - 11 to 17

S&C Foundations

A program designed to educate and equip youth-aged athletes (11-17) with fundamental strength & conditioning skills, movement patterns and knowledge used across the globe to provide athletes with the foundations needed for life-long athletic performance.
 
Each year, we see an average of 12% increases across the board in strength performance parameters for our athletes, stemming from a sound understanding of exercise science and the experience gain from years in the high-performance training field.
 
Our coaches are university-qualified exercise scientists, ready and able to help your youth through our designed-for-purpose program to achieve a foundation of life-long strength.
  • Term-based. (Holidays included!)
  • Two afternoon sessions each day.
    • 4:15-5:00pm, 5:00-5:45pm
  • Structured strength and conditioning program for life-long health and performance.

*Term to be paid for prior to attending first session.

Courtside PT

Personal Training

Personal training with a qualified Exercise Scientist provides the insight that takes you to the next level. University-qualified coaches assess your individual movement patterns and strength performance, work with you to create goals unique to you and provide the motivation you need to achieve those goals.

Whether you are an elite athlete or looking to improve your mental and physical health and wellness, Courtside PT has what you need with a precise, personal touch.

The way it works:

The first two sessions are really important. They are booked and paid at the time of booking, together.
 
Session one is an interview, where the trainer asks a set of questions to identify your “why”, plus your exercise history & gym experience, and set expectations in order for us to get enough information to create a personalized training plan that suits you. You’ll then be shown through the gym, and introduced to a few pieces of equipment for you to wet your appetite, in the best way possible!
 
We will then write and deliver your training plan in session two, teaching safe and effective lifting technique for each exercise, explaining how to get the most out of training.
 
Once you’ve attended the interview + initial training session, additional sessions can be booked and organized individually with the attending trainer.
